How to Prepare for a Hot Yoga Class

Be Prepared to Sweat!

Drink plenty of water prior to class
Do not eat 2 hours prior to class
Bring 2 bath towels, mat, water bottle, and a change of clothes*
Studio is open 30 minutes prior to scheduled class. Classes begin promptly. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to sign in. Late entries will be denied
Wear comfortable yoga attire (athletic top & shorts)
Please turn cell phones off upon arrival
No cell phones or personal belongings in studio room
Studio room is silent before, during, and after class
Please leave valuables at home as we do not have lockers
Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes as the heat amplifies the odor

*Towels and Mats are available to rent
