It’s that time again! HOT SPIN/YOGA this Saturday February 4th!
Heat Acclimation Spin/Yoga Sessions
BPR and Kelowna Hot Yoga Studio have teamed up to provide all levels of athlete the chance for a truly unique experience. We will put you through your paces in a 60 minute spin class, followed by a 30 minute yoga class geared toward to the endurance athlete.
Equipment required:
1 x yoga mat
2 x large towels, 1 x small towel (you will need an additional towel for showering if you wish to)
Your own bicycle and stationary trainer
Clothing suitable for both activities
2 x large water bottles
Headband is advisable
We have 5 additional trainers that individuals may rent ($5). Please e-mail CHRIS at time of registration to reserve yours.
Date: Saturday – 4th Feburary
Times:
Set Up: 12.30pm to 12.45pm
Spin Class Start: 12:50pm (60 minutes)
Yoga Class Start: 2:00pm (30 minutes)
Finish and clean up: 2:30pm to 2:45pm
Date: Friday – 24th February
Times:
Set Up: 6.30pm to 6.45pm
Spin Class Start: 6:50pm (60 minutes)
Yoga Class Start: 8:00pm (30 minutes)
Finish and clean up: 8:30pm to 8:45pm
We will then head out for a social gathering for those interested
